The College of Law and Governance Hosts Internal Review Workshop.

Dr. Debrework Debebe, Dean of the College of Law and Governance at Hawassa University announced the aim to launch PhD programs in Development Management and Politics and International Relations to fulfill the gap in the area based on the survey conducted nationally by the curriculum team. According to him, since Ethiopia is one of the growing economies, highly educated human resource plays a vital role in developmental management to drag our nation upgrade alongside world politics and international relations.  

Dr. Eshetayehu Kinfu and Dr. Sintayehu Hailu as reviewers presented the proposed curriculum on developmental management whereas the reviewer Dr. Asfaw Ganfato presented on Politics and International Relations. And then, discussions and reactions were made where the academic staff of the college, post-graduate students, and other invited individuals attended the workshop at African Union Hall.           

Finally, the participants forwarded invaluable comments and raised some helpful questions to the curriculum committee to make rearrangements in a few aspects for the external curriculum review workshop intended to conduct two months later.
